Commercial License

Version 1.0.0
Last updated 2026-08-18

A monthly subscription that adds resale and print-on-demand rights to the personal-use license terms. Print and sell physical objects across the entire BenchWerkz catalog while your subscription is active.

Personal-use base

version 1.0.0 · last updated 2026-08-18

  1. You may download the purchased file and print it for your own personal or hobby use.
  2. You may not redistribute the file — by upload, email attachment, file-share, mirror, or any other means — whether modified or unmodified, free or paid.
  3. You may not resell the file, alone or bundled with other goods or services, and you may not include it in any commercial product or 3D-print-on-demand service.
  4. The file is licensed for non-commercial lab, classroom, and research use by a single named user; shared lab equipment implies one license per named user, not per seat.
  5. You may modify the file for your own use. Modified files are still subject to this license and may not be shared.
  6. This license is governed by the laws of the seller’s place of business; disputes are resolved in that jurisdiction.

Commercial License addendum

version 1.0.0 · last updated 2026-08-18

  1. A Commercial License is a monthly subscription. While active, it adds the rights below on top of the personal-use license terms above. Cancellation ends these added rights at the end of the current paid period.
  2. You may print, sell, and ship physical objects (including modified variants), as part of a print-on-demand service, a finished product, or a bundled offering, in any country where you have a paying customer.
  3. Resale of the digital file itself — alone or bundled — remains prohibited. You may not upload the file to a third-party file-sharing, marketplace, or download service, regardless of whether the recipient pays you.
  4. The Commercial License is non-transferable. It is tied to one named business or shop. A second shop (a separate legal entity or storefront) requires a second active subscription.
  5. You may not white-label or claim authorship of the underlying design. The "BenchWerkz" name and the original file copyright remain with BenchWerkz; the license grants rights to use, not to rebrand.
  6. On cancellation or non-renewal, your right to print and sell ends at the end of the paid period. In-flight and delivered orders before that date are unaffected; new orders after that date require an active subscription or a personal-use license.

Starting a Commercial License subscription from /partners acknowledges the personal-use terms above as the base and these clauses as the addendum. The version numbers above are the wording that applies to your subscription.
